Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed (not including pre-orders) are shipped within 4-5 business days. This timeline allows us to ensure quality and accuracy for every item.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made to order and may require approximately 2–6 weeks for processing and shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these estimated production and shipping timeframes.

Delays

If your order has not been shipped within the 1-2 business weeks, please feel free to reach out. Sometimes unexpected delays can occur, but we’re always here to help.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
